singleness #cp

You have to look at yourself in the mirror and make that decision for yourself. Are you where you want to be in life? Is this the time to invite someone into your personal space? Will they help you or hinder you? Those are questions you have to ask yourself, and be honest to yourself when you answer.

If you’re not ready, that doesn’t make you weird or crazy. State that fact and accept it boldly. Don’t feel pressured into a rushed relationship. You may even feel ready, but you’re meeting the wrong people.

If that’s the case, then be okay with being single. Continue to work on yourself and prepare for love. Don’t let society make you feel like you’re weird because your clock is ticking and you haven’t settled down with your partner for life. Everyone has a different path, and you have to embrace your path.

Don’t settle or you will get stuck. Take your time and make the right decision about love. You have more time than you think. It’ll cost you much more to rush into a relationship than it will to wait on the one you’re truly supposed to love.

No one knows when you’re truly ready but you and God, so listen to that still voice.

Blessings,
Tony Gaskins Jr.
